摘要:苯甲醛是重要的化工原料,开发高苯甲醛选择性、高活性的催化剂,新的高效、清洁的合成工艺对于有效利用资源、提高经济效益具有重要意义。以空气为氧化剂,通入异丙苯与苯乙烯的混合体系中,O2先将异丙苯氧化成CHP,CHP再与苯乙烯反应,主产物有苯甲醛、环氧苯乙烷、苯乙醛,根据各组分的性质对物料进行轻重组分的切割分离就可以得到纯度较高的苯甲醛产品。
随着化工工业的快速发展,化工产品已经无所不在无处不有。因此化工设计的任务越来越重。其一,在化工生产中,通过运用化工设计方面的知识和方法,可以实现对化工厂(车间)的改建和扩建;对工艺流程进行评价;发现薄弱环节和不合理现象以及挖掘生产潜力等等。其二,在科学研究中,从小型实验到中试放大,以至投入工业生产,都离不开设计。其三,在基本建设中,设计是基本建设的首要环节,是现成施工的依据。
任务的来源本设计是针对苯甲醛进行设计,以专业基础课的学习为基础,设计合理的工艺流程,选择相应的工艺设备等。其目的是提高解决化工产品生产车间设计实际问题的能力;掌握化工工艺流程设计、物料恒算、热量衡算、设备选型等的基本方法和步骤;从技术上的可行性与合理性两个方面树立正确的设计思想。通过本课程设计,也提高了运用计算机设计绘图的能力。

Abstract:

Secondly, in scientific research, since childhood experimental to experimental enlargement, down to the investment industrial production, all cannot leave the design.
