摘要:随着近年来抗生素在自来水等水体中的检出报道,抗生素残留及其环境与健康风险成为社会热点问题。水体中抗生素分析成为了首要问题,但抗生素种类繁多,性质各异,且水体中含量极低,因而需要采用高灵敏度和特异性的分析方法。本论文通过固相萃取的方法,对水体中痕量抗生素进行富集净化浓缩后,经超高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行分析,有望实现水体中多种痕量抗生素的同时准确分析[1]。课题选用的抗生素有诺氟沙星、马波沙星、洛美沙星、磺胺噻唑等四十种抗生素。通过对抗生素测定方法的不断优化,以此来确定水体中抗生素的最佳测定方法。根据配制不同浓度的抗生素标准溶液,得到抗生素的标准曲线,确立抗生素的检出限和定量限。49711

The analysis of antibiotics in water

Abstract: In recent years as antibiotics in tap water in water detection, such as antibiotic residues and its environmental and health risks become social hot issues. Antibiotics in water analysis has become the primary problem, but there are many different kinds of antibiotics and different properties, and low water content, and therefore need to adopt the analysis method of the high sensitivity and specificity. In this paper, by using the method of solid phase extraction on enrichment of trace amounts of antibiotics in water purification, concentrated by ultra high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry analysis, are expected to achieve the accurate analysis at the same time. In this subject,it involves forty kinds of  antibiotics such as norfloxacin, marbofloxacin,sulfathiazole. It is chosen the best determination method of antibiotics in water through the continuous optimal determination method of antibiotics. According to the standard solution preparation of different concentrations of antibiotics, we can draw antibiotics standard curve, and get the limit of detection and limit of quantitation.
