摘要:近年来,L-苯甘氨酸已经成为药品的优秀中间体,随着医用药品产业的快速发展,L-苯基甘氨酸被用于生产青霉素和头孢菌素的取得新阿莫西林、哌拉西林、哌拉西林、头孢噻肟曲秦、头孢克洛、氨苄青霉素钠、苯咪唑青霉素、头孢羟氨苄和β在氨抗生素,抗生素它在农业和畜牧业是广泛采用的是人类战胜疾病,尤其是造成各种病原体感染性疾病的有力武器,因此生产的现代农业和畜牧业的发展抗生素和保护人民群众的健康具有划时代的意义。47261

本论文重点研究L-苯甘氨酸还原成L-苯甘氨醇的工艺,通过采用NaBH4/H2SO4还原体系,成立的L-苯甘氨酸直接还原的L-苯甘氨醇的合成。研究在有机合成中氨基酸的还原反应。通过对其还原反应和水解反应的工艺优化,得到了较优的工艺条件是n(NaBH4):n(H2SO4):n(L-苯甘氨酸)=2.5:2.5:1,冰浴下滴加H2SO4,反应12小时,然后碱性条件下90℃水解3h以上。此工艺可获得收率为80.2%的L-苯甘氨醇。

 Reductive reaction of amino acids in organic synthesis

Abstract: In recent years, L-Phenylglycine has become an excellent drug intermediates,With the rapid development of the medical industry,L-phenylglycine is used for the production of penicillin and cephalosporin made new, amoxicillin, piperacillin, piperacillin, cefotaxime song Qin, cefaclor, ampicillin sodium, benzene imidazole penicillin, cefadroxil and beta in aminoacyl antibiotics,Antibiotics have a wide range of applications in agriculture and animal husbandry.It is also a powerful weapon in the fight against diseases, especially infectious diseases caused by a variety of pathogens.Therefore the production ofantibiotics has an epoch making significance in the development of modern agriculture and animal husbandry and the protection of the people's health.

In this paper focuses on the study of the reduction of L-Phenylglycine to L-Phenylglycinol by glycine, by using the NaBH4/H2SO4 reduction system ,the synthesis of L-Phenylglycinol by direct reduction of L-Phenylglycine was established.The reduction reaction of amino acid in organic synthesis was studied.Through the optimization of the reduction reaction and hydrolysis reaction , the optimum technological conditions that n(NaBH4 :n (H2SO4): n (L-Phenylglycine)= 2.5:2.5:1 were obtained.Add H2SO4 under ice bath ,12 hours of reaction,And then hydrolysis of 90℃ under alkaline conditions over 3 hours.Thisprocess can obtain a yield of 80.2% of the water L-Phenylglycinol.
