耐热性香精胶囊的制备及表征

摘要:本课题以正硅酸四乙酯(Teos)一步制备空心硅球,再与桂花香精考察了乳化剂、聚乙二醇、阿拉伯胶等的作用,对纳米二氧化硅微球进行微胶囊的制备,探究耐热性香精胶囊的最优配方,采用电子显微镜对二氧化硅和桂花精油胶囊的微观形貌进行表征,然后在不同温度下采用对比的方式进行布料加香实验验证所制备胶囊乳液的效果。结果表明,耐热性桂花香精胶囊加香的最优工艺参数为:纳米二氧化硅微球的最佳用量为1%,香精与乳化剂最佳配比为3:8,聚乙二醇的最佳用量为0.8%,阿拉伯胶的最佳用量为1%。香精乳液与去离子水比例为1:6,加香时间为2h,布料在80℃条件下加热8h后通过感官品评可知纳米香精比普通香精桂花的香气浓烈,具有良好的香气缓释性。43469

Preparation of the heat resistant essence capsule

Abstract: This topic in four ethyl orthosilicate (Teos) step in the preparation of the hollow ball, silicon was investigated with sweet osmanthus fragrance emulsifier, polyethylene glycol, gum Arabic, such as the role of, the preparation of microcapsules of nano silica microspheres, to explore the optimal formula of heat resistance essence capsule, using scanning electron microscopy (sem) of silicon dioxide and microstructure of the osmanthus oil capsules were characterized, and then in different temperature with the method of contrast fabric spiced capsule preparation emulsion by experiment results. The results showed that heat resistance osmanthus fragrance capsule spiced the optimal process parameters for: the best dosage of nanometer silica microspheres was 1%, the essence and the best ratio of emulsifier to tell, the best dosage of polyethylene glycol (peg) was 0.8%, the best dosage of 1% gum Arabic. Essence lotion with deionized water ratio is 1:6, add sweet time for 2 h, 8 h fabric under the condition of 80 ℃ heating by sensory evaluation after knowable nano flavor than ordinary strong fragrance of osmanthus fragrance, the aroma of good slow-release property.
