抗生素制药废水处理工艺设计

抗生素制药废水处理经过对各生物处理工艺的论证比较,确定采用水解酸化—CASS工艺,以达到降解高浓度有机物的目的

设计总说明:本设计的抗生素制药废水处理区位于上海市西南部,其废水主要来源于该制药厂生产的抗生素废水,水量为2500m3/d,CODcr:5000、BOD5:1800、NH3-N:140mg/L、SS:180mg/L。
经过对各生物处理工艺的论证比较,确定采用水解酸化—CASS工艺,以达到降解高浓度有机物的目的。
在本设计中,首先通过格栅节流较大的悬浮颗粒或漂浮物,采用调节池对高浓度废水水质进行调节后,运用平流式初沉池进一步去除可沉物和漂浮物,以减轻后续处理设施的负荷,同时减缓水质变化对后续生化处理系统的冲击。经预处理后,废水进入厌氧水解酸化池,利用兼性厌氧菌和转型厌氧菌群,降解不溶性大分子有机物为可溶性小分子有机物,从而提高废水的可生化性,减轻后续好氧处理的有机负荷。经厌氧水解后废水中含有很高的SS,因此利用溶气气浮法对其进行去除。气浮后的废水进入CASS生物处理系统,在与反应区中,通过酶反应去除溶解性有机物,在主反应区完成绝大部分有机物、氨氮等水质指标的去除,以达到出水要求。
根据工艺流程,本设计通过对主要构筑物(包括格栅、调节池、平流式初沉池、水解酸化池、溶气气浮池、CASS池和污泥浓缩池)的尺寸进行设计计算、水力损失以及管路计算、高程计算,完成设计工艺说明、工艺流程图、厂区平面布置图和构筑物单位图。
水解酸化处理法是一种介于好氧和厌氧处理法之间的方法,和其他工艺组合可降低处理成本提高处理效率,将难生物降解的大分子物质转化为易生物降解的小分子物质,从而改善废水的可生化性。CASS工艺称为循环活性污泥工艺,是在SBR的基础上发展起来的,即在SBR池内进水端增加一个生物选择器,以实现连续进水间歇排水的目的。当进水浓度高时可通过长时间曝气达到排放标准,具有良好的抗冲击能力,且沉淀效果良好,同时不易产生污泥膨胀的问题。同时具有工艺流程简单,占地面积小,投资低的优点。因此对于抗生素制药废水,选用水解酸化—CASS工艺可达到较好处理效果。
本设计技术上可行、经济上合理。水解酸化工艺常运用与组合工艺,而CASS工艺流程简单占地小,因此有土建费用少,运行管理简单的特点,且自动化程度高,降低了人工费用。所以整个工艺流程具有总投资少,运行稳定、二次污染少、处理效果好、能耗少等优点,并确保废水处理达标排放。
废水经处理后,预计可以达到达《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21903-2008)中新建企业排放值。出水水质CODcr≤120mg/L,BOD5≤40mg/L,SS≤60mg/L,PH;6~9,NH3-N≤35mg/ L。从而使受污染的水质得到极大的改善,达到消除污染、保护环境、服务人类的目的。6660

A  design for the treatment process of pharmaceutical wastewater
General information of design:The design involved a antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment area that is located in south-west of Shanghai,the wastewater mainly from the production of a antibiotic pharmaceutical plant.The initial design plans:The amount of the plant is 2500m3 / d.The indicator of wastewater quality atandard is:CODcr: 5000 mg/L, BOD5: 1800 mg/L, NH3-N: 140 mg/L, SS: 850 mg/L.
By comparing with several biology treatment processes,the design uses the hydrolytica acidification-cyclic activated sludge system combined process,in order to achieve the purpose of degrade the high concentration of organism.
In this design,firstly use the grating to hold the large suspended particles or floating material,after apply the adjusting tank to adjust the quality of the high concentration using the watewater,primary settling tank further remove the sediment and floating objects,in order to reduce the load of subsequent processing facilities,at the same time,slow down the shock to the subsequent processing facilities caused by the change of water quality.After the pretreatment, the wastewater enters the anaerobic hydrolysis acidification pool,apply the facultative anaerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria degrade the insoluble organic matter into soluble organic matter improve the biodegradability of wastewater,and reduce the load of subsequent aerobic treatment.The wastewater containing high suspended solids after anaerobic hydrolysis treating,thus,apply dissolved air flotation floatation tank to remove the suspended solids.Then the wastewater enter the cyclic activated sludge system,in the reaction zone, removal of dissolved organic matter by enzyme reaction,in the main reaction zone to complete the most organic matter, ammonia nitrogen removal and reach the outlet standards. 抗生素制药废水处理工艺设计:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_4283.html
