工业用途变色清洗剂的研制

摘要:本论文主要研究了在工业用途上的清洗剂,并结合了比较常用的指示剂混合,以达到在清洗过程中,能了解洁净程度为目的,制备的比较创新的变色清洗剂。并对于清洗剂的清洗功能进行进一步改善及研究。采用0.1mol/l的盐酸加入一定量的氯化铵,缓蚀剂,清洗碳酸钙,用恒温干燥箱在60℃烘干清洗90分钟;并测试其对碳钢片的腐蚀作用。而后加入甲基橙,甲基红,百里酚蓝,石蕊等指示剂,检查其变色性能及清洗效果性能的检测与对比。结果表明,盐酸配以一定比例缓释剂,指示剂对于工业上清洗能力效果显著,变色明显方法可行,且制成的清洗剂有较好的化学稳定性,高效性。34423

The development of new color cleaning agent
Abstract: In this thesis, mainly studies the cleaning agent in industrial uses, and combined with the commonly used mixed indicator, in order to achieve in the cleaning process, can realize clean level for the purpose, the preparation of comparative innovation discoloration cleaning agent .And further improvement and research for the function of cleaning agent. Using 0.1mol/l hydrochloric acid is added to a certain amount of ammonium chloride, corrosion inhibitor, calcium carbonate cleaning, constant temperature drying box in 60 ℃drying dehydration 90 minutes; then set parameters for 40 ℃drying 60 minutes, the completely dry, full reaction, in order to methods of making a cleaning agent, and tested the corrosive effects of carbon steel sheet. And then adding methyl orange, methyl red, Barry phenol blue, litmus indicators, check detection and comparison of the Chemical stability performances and cleaning performance. The results show that the hydrochloric acid with a certain percentage of release agent indicator for the industrial cleaning ability effect is remarkable, discoloration was feasible method, and the prepared cleaning agent has good chemical stability, high efficiency.
