The Design of Flue Gas Dust-removal System for 210 t/h Coal-fired Boiler
Abstract: The boiler and the coal is selected, and the basic parameter is recorded. Coal is calculated in line accordance of the given rated evaporation and basic parameter of the boiler. The amount of flue gas and flue gas dust concentration are calculated according to the basic parameter of the coal. The dust removal efficiency is calculated according to the flue gas dust concentration. Then the type of dust collector is ensured as electrostatic precipitator according to the dust removal efficiency and the amount of flue gas. And the basic parameter is calculated. Then the dust removal pipeline is designed. Its basic parameter and the pressure loss is calculated. Then the wind pressure and blowing rate of induced draft fan is calculated. Finally, the height, inner diameter of the outlet and the bottom diameter of the chimney can be designed.
