摘要:临界胶束浓度(CMC)是表面活性剂的重要性质,其常见的测定方法有表面张力法、光散射法、荧光探针法、染料增溶性法、电导率法、紫外分光光度计法等。其中荧光探针法是一种灵敏度高、操作简便快速、重复性好的方法,其所用的荧光探针法是一种性能优越的传感器,由于其灵敏度高、选择性强、操作简单而且不具有毒性等特点,被广泛应用于生物、医药、环境、食品等领域。本文用荧光探针法测定天然萜类表面活性剂的CMC、胶束聚集数、以及无机盐、一元醇对天然萜类表面活性剂CMC的影响,得到甜叶菊苷的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为3.72×10-3mol/L,适合的猝灭剂(CQ)浓度为0.10mmol/L,得到甜叶菊苷的胶束聚集数线性方程为Y=1036.9-138686 +4.793 。在影响因素实验中无机盐、一元醇均会总体呈现出天然萜类表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度增加的趋势。29862

Fluorescent probe method to determine the Critical Micelle Concentration of the natural terpenoids surfactants
Abstract:     Critical micelle concentration (CMC) is the important properties of surfactants, the common determination method are surface applanation tonometry method, light scattering method, fluorescence probe method, dye solubilization method, conductivity method, ultraviolet spectrophotometer method, etc. The fluorescent probe method is a kind of high sensitivity, fast and good repeatability method is easy to operate, so its used fluorescent probe method is a kind of superior performance of the sensor, due to its high sensitivity, selectivity, simple operation and has many characteristics, such as toxicity, is widely used in biology, medicine, environment, food and other fields.The fluorescent probe method is used to test the natural terpenoids surfactants CMC, micellar aggregation number, and inorganic salts, one yuan alcohol influence on natural terpenoids surfactants CMC, and critical micelle concentration (CMC) of stevia glycosides of 3.72×10-3 mol/L, suitable quenching agent (CQ) concentration of 0.10mmol/L, get stevia glycosides of micelle aggregation number linear equation for Y=1036.9-138686 +4.793 . In the factors affecting the experiments inorganic salt, overall a yuan of alcohol are present to the critical micelle concentration of natural terpenoids surfactants increase trend.
