摘要本文以氧化石墨(GO)为原料通过水热法制备了石墨烯(RGO)材料,并利用SEM、TEM、XRD和矢量网络分析仪进行了表征。以聚苯胺(PANI)为基体,探究了过硫酸铵(APS)的用量对掺杂程度的影响。采用两种方法制备了石墨烯/聚苯胺复合物,通过SEM、TEM、XRD测试对微观结构进行了表征。
改变原料中RGO的质量,制备出不同RGO含量的复合物,利用矢量网络分析仪测试发现PANI材料具有优异的吸波性能。加入RGO后材料的吸波能力不一定增加。同样以介电损耗机制为主吸收电磁波的材料复合后,介电损耗和吸波能力不一定大于原材料。实验中当原料RGO为0.5g,苯胺为10mmol时制备的纳米复合材料具有最好的吸波性能,厚度为2.0mm时反射率RL在11.4GHz处达到最小值-46dB,其有效吸收频带达到13.8GHz(4.2-18GHz)。27322

Title   The preparation and study on properties of RGO/PANI microwave absorption nanocomposites          
Abstract
In this paper, graphene (RGO) materialused was synthesized using graphite oxide (GO) as raw material by hydrothermal method, and characterized by SEM、TEM、XRD and vector network analyzer. Using polyaniline (PANI) as the matrix, the impact of the dosage of ammonium persulfate (APS) on the doping level was explored.The  graphene/polyaniline composites were synthesized by two different methods,and the microstructure were characterized by SEM、TEM、XRD.
The different contents of RGO compounds were synthesized by changing the quality of RGO in the raw materials. Tested by vector network analyzer, PANI material shows outstanding microwave absorption performance. After the addition of RGO, the absorption capacity of the material is not increased. The dielectric loss and microwave absorption performance of the composite made up from different materials that similarly absorb microwave using the dielectric loss as the main mechanism  is not necessarily better than original materials. In the experiment, when RGO is 0.5g, aniline is 10mmol in the raw materials, the nanocomposites show the best microwave absorption performance, as evidenced by the minimal reflection loss RL (-46 dB) at 11.4 GHz with a thickness of 2.0 mm, and the effective absorption bandwidth up to 13.8 GHz (4.2-18 GHz, with RL < -10dB).
