摘要本文用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)改性氧化石墨烯(GO),再将PVP改性后的GO(PGO)与丁苯橡胶(SBR)胶乳共凝制得PGO/SBR复合材料研究了PVP用量对PGO/SBR复合材料的物理机械性能、热稳定性、导热性能和耐溶剂性等性能的影响。结果表明:随着PVP用量的增加,PGO/SBR复合材料的物理机械性能、热稳定性、导热性能和耐溶剂性均有所提高。当PVP/GO(质量比,GO为5份)达到3时,PGO/SBR复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别比未改性的GO/SBR复合材料提高了43%和22%,交联密度提高了46.3%,最大热分解温度(Tmax)提高了5.71℃,导热系数提高了11.7%,平衡溶剂吸附量下降了37.1%。27172

Title  The preparation and properties of modified graphene oxide/ styrene-butadiene rubber composites 
Abstract
In this study, graphene oxide (GO) was modified by polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), and then the PVP modified GO/styrene-butadiene rubber (PGO/SBR) composites were fabricated by mixing PGO suspension with SBR latex. The effect of PVP loading on the mechanical properties, thermal stability, thermal conductivity and solvent resistance of PGO/SBR composites were investigated. It is shown that the mechanical properties, thermal stability, thermal conductivity and solvent resistance of PGO/SBR composites were improved with the increase of PVP loading. When the mass ratio PVP/GO (the content of GO was 5 phr) reached 3, the tensile strength and tear strength of PGO/SBR composites were enhanced by 43% and 22% respectively compared to unmodified GO/SBR composites. Meanwhile, the crosslinking density was increased by 46.3%, the maximum temperature of heat decomposition (Tmax) was improved by 5.71ºC, the thermal conductivity had an 11.7% increment, the equilibrium solvent uptake was decreased by 37.1%.
