摘 要:本文将不同接枝率的改性凹土(PGS-g-PDMAEMA)以4 wt。%的含量添加到铸膜液中,利用相转化法制备混合基质超滤膜,通过FTIR、XRD、SEM、TG等对其结构进行表征;同时测试其纯水通量、膜孔径和孔隙率,以探索制备工艺条件对膜形成过程及微结构的影响。结果表明,改性凹土已成功掺杂到PVDF膜内。添加了接枝率分别为5。28 %、7。45 %、8。53 %改性凹土的PVDF改性膜的亲水性和纯水通量较纯膜均有所提高。当改性凹土接枝率为5。28 %时,测得的改性膜孔径远大于纯膜。此外,添加接枝率为8。53 %的改性凹土的改性膜的热稳定性较好。综合考虑,当改性凹土接枝率为5。28%时,改性膜的综合性能最优。94688

Abstract: In this paper, we added the different grafting ratio of modified attapulgite (PGS-g-PDMAEMA) with the content of 4 wt。 % into the casting solution and achieved mixed matrix ultrafiltration membrane with the method of phase inversion。 The structure was characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM and TG。 We also measured the pure water flux, pore size and porosity to explore the influence of preparation conditions on film formation process and microstructure。 The experimental results showed that the modified attapulgite had been successfully doped into the PVDF film。 After adding modified attapulgite with grafting ratio of 5。28%, 7。45% and 8。53%, the hydrophilicity and pure water flux of modified PVDF membrane were both higher than that of pure membrane。 When the grafting rate of modified attapulgite is 5。28%, the measured pore size is much larger than that of pure film。 In addition, the thermal stability of the modified membrane is best when adding 8。53 % modified attapulgite into the casting solution。 With comprehensive consideration, we think that the performance of the modified membrane is the best when the grafting ratio of modified attapulgite is 5。28%。
