摘要: 本文以残次凹凸棒石黏土粉末作为支撑体材料的骨料原料,掺杂氧化铝烧结助剂,有机物羧甲基纤维素作粘结剂、造孔剂,通过粉碎、研磨、掺杂及烧结等多孔支撑体的制备过程获得不同设计、操作参数下的样品。本研究中通过改变多孔支撑体制备过程中粘结剂含量、烧结助剂含量、烧结温度、保温时间以及不同压力等多个变量,以考察样品质量的影响因素。多孔支撑体的制备过程采用固态粒子烧结-干压成型的方式,得到不同含量,不同压力,不同温度下的片状无机陶瓷膜支撑体,进一步对获得的各支撑体样品的抗压强度、接触角等性能进行表征和分析,考察各参数变量对支撑体样品质量的影响,探究其变化规律,从而探寻确定制备氧化铝支撑体的最优工艺条件。研究过程中针对样品制备实验影响因素众多,实验量大的特点采用五因素四水平的正交试验方法,合理确定实验次数以获得较实验数据。实验结果表明:粘结剂含量对氧化铝支撑体的性能影响显著,质量分数为12%的粘结剂含量是氧化铝支撑体比较适宜的抗压强度。94563

Abstract: In this paper, the defective attapulgite clay powder as the aggregate raw material support, doped alumina sintering additives, organic carboxymethyl cellulose as a binder, pore forming agent, by crushing, grinding, doping and sintering porous support preparation process of different design and operation parameters of the samples。 In this study, the factors affecting the quality of the samples were investigated by changing the content of binder, sintering aids, sintering temperature, holding time and pressure。 The preparation process of porous supporting body by solid state sintering - dry pressing method, different content, different pressure, flaky inorganic ceramic membrane under different temperature support, further on the support body samples obtained the compressive strength, contact angle and other properties were characterized and analyzed, the effects of each parameter variables on the sample support quality, explore the changes in the law, in order to explore the optimum conditions for preparing alumina supports。 In the course of the study, there are many factors affecting the sample preparation experiment, and the experiment is characterized by the orthogonal test with five factors and four levels。 The experimental results show that the binder content has a significant effect on the properties of alumina support, and the binder content is 12%。
