一种共晶炸药形成过程的研究+文献综述

通过研磨法制备甘露糖醇六硝酸酯(MHN)分别与对硝基苯甲醚和1-硝基萘,1-硝基萘分别与梯恩梯和苦味酸共晶,并结合粉末X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法、红外光谱,对四种混合物进行了表征

摘要近年来,共晶炸药研究已成为高能钝感炸药领域的热点,但是对共晶形成机理还未完全清楚。为探索共晶形成过程,课题通过研磨法制备甘露糖醇优尔硝酸酯(MHN)分别与对硝基苯甲醚和1-硝基萘,1-硝基萘分别与梯恩梯和苦酸共晶,并结合粉末X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法、红外光谱,对四种混合物进行了表征,得到的结论如下:
1、甘露糖醇优尔硝酸酯与对硝基苯甲醚和1-硝基萘分别以摩尔比1:1混合在无液干磨条件下无法得到共晶。
2、1-硝基萘与梯恩梯和苦酸分别以摩尔比1:1混合在液体辅助下研磨成功得到了共晶,两种共晶的PXRD检测表明π-π堆积是共晶形成的主要推动力,DSC测试表明了共晶的熔点介于两原组分熔点值之间,红外光谱分析表明氢键、P-π共轭是共晶形成过程中最主要的分子间相互作用。25479

Abstract
In recent years,cocrystallization  has emerged as an attractive strategy to improve the performance of existing explosives,but the formation mechanism of
the cocrystallization is not well understood.To explore the formation process of the cocrystallization,we prepared some cocrystal including MHN with
p-nitroanisole and 1-nitronaphthalene respectively,1-nitronaphthalene with
TNT and picric acid through grinding respectively,meanwhile the mixture was characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),differential scanning calorimet-
Ry and infrared spectrum,the following is the conclusion.The cocrystals of MHN with p-nitroanisole and 1-nitronaphthalene was not synthesized through neat grinding. The cocrystals of 1-nitronaphthalene with TNT and picric acid at a mole ratio of 1:1 could be made into cocrystallization through liquid-assisted grinding respectively, PXRD detection showes that π-π stacking is the main driving force of the cocrystal formation, DSC indicates that the melting point of the cocrystal is between that of the 1-nitronaphthalene and TNT or picric acid respectively,and infrared spectrum analysis showed that hydrogen bonds, P -π stacking is the main interactions between the molecules in the process of the cocrystal.
