摘要:本论文主要研究了影响皂基体系出水性的因素,包括多元醇、辅助表面活性剂、乳化剂和无机盐,通过研究各因素对皂基体系pH 值、粘度、泡沫量、稳定性的影响,分析皂基体系出水性的原因,合理调整各因素添加物的种类和加入量,得到能使皂基体系稳定的最优配方。实验结果表明,多元醇对皂基体系中的脂肪酸盐具有分散或溶解作用;辅助表面活性剂能够降低皂化反应时体系的粘度,分散皂基体系中的脂肪酸盐和增加皂基体系的热稳定性,防止皂基体系出水;乳化剂通过乳化体系中的游离脂肪酸增加体系的稳定性,乳化剂也具有分散脂肪酸盐的作用;适量的无机盐能够使皂基体系的粘度增加,增加体系的稳定性,当过量的盐会使体系出现盐析效应,造成体系出水。通过对皂基体系出水性影响因素的研究,优化体系的配方,为皂基体系在应用中保持稳定性提供参考条件,促进皂基体系的广泛应用。24263

Research on the factors influencing the soap base system water separating
Abstract:This thesis mainly introduces the factors which influence the stability of soap base system, including the variety and dosage of polyols, surfactant, emulsifier and inorganic additives. By studying these factors that influencing the pH value, viscosity, bubble volume and high temperature stability of the soap base, we could analyze the reason for the system water separating. Reasonably adjust the amount of additives and then we can make the optimal formula of soap base systems. The experimental results show that polyols can disperse or dissolve the fatty acid salt of soap base system. Auxiliary surfactants can reduce the viscosity of saponification reaction, disperse the fatty acid salt in the soap base system and increase the thermal stability of the soap base system. They also can prevent the soap base system water separating. Emulsifier through the free fatty acids in emulsification system to increase the stability of system, it also has the role of dispersing the fatty acid salt. The right amount of inorganic salt can increase the viscosity and the stability of the soap base system. But too much salt can cause a salting out effect system and then the system maybe water separating. Through the study of factors affecting soap base system water separating, electing the optimal formula of the system, and hope to provide a reference for soap base system that maintain stability in the application of conditions, promote the soap base system is widely used.
