一种油类火灾用新型无氟非蛋白泡沫灭火剂的研究

摘要:目前常用于扑灭油类火灾的灭火剂为含有PFOS成分的泡沫灭火剂,而PFOS对环境具有一定危害,因此,开发新的高效环保型泡沫灭火剂来满足消防和环保的共同需要迫在眉睫。本论文通过选用各种不同环保型表面活性剂,利用罗氏泡沫仪分别测试其发泡及泡沫稳定性能,然后根据测试结果从中选取性能较好的LAB、6411、AC1210、0810-F及SDBS等作为原料,利用正交试验法研究了它们复配后的发泡效果及泡沫稳定性。结果表明,当LAB、6411、AC1210、0810-F及SDBS质量比为10:10:10:50:2时,复配体系的发泡效果及泡沫稳定性最好。之后,以适量PAM、黄原胶、CMC及海藻酸钠为添加剂,与一定量的上述复配发泡体系混合配制成灭火剂,并利用正交试验研究所得灭火剂的铺展、密封及抗烧性能。结果表明,当添加剂各组分配比为1:2:2:1时,与复配发泡体系配制的灭火剂具有最佳的发泡、稳定、铺展及抗烧性能。通过灭汽油火实验发现,按最佳配比配制的泡沫灭火剂具有优良的灭火性能。

Abstract: Present commonly used extinguishing an oil fire's extinguishing agent for the containing PFOS ingredient foam fire extinguishing agent, while the PFOS on the environment has a certain hazards, Therefore, developing new efficient environmentally friendly-type foam fire extinguishing agent to meet the needs Fire and environmentally friendly the common need imminent. Results showed that the, when the LAB, 6411, AC1210, 0810-F AND SDBS mass ratio was 10:10:10:50:2 when the, complex-allotment system of foaming effect and foam the best stability. After that, in order to an appropriate amount PAM, xanthan gum, CMC and sodium alginate as additives, with the a certain amount of the above-mentioned multiplexing-allotment foaming system mixed-formulated into fire extinguishing agent, and take advantage orthogonal Test & Research Institute too fire extinguishing agent's spread ability, sealing and anti-burn performance. The results showed that, when the additive each group distribution ratio of was 1:2:2:1 when the, and the complex Hotels with foaming system formulated fire extinguishing agent has the best foaming, stability, spreading and anti burn properties. Through the destroy gasoline fire experiments found that, press the best ratio formulated foam fire extinguishing agent has excellent fire extinguishing performance.
