摘要:本设计的内容是对万吨润滑油厂的工艺流程以及生产车间进行设计。近年来,全世界润滑油产量一直文持在5000万吨上下,润滑脂年产量约为200万吨,计算得,润滑脂占润滑油的2.5%。最新统计数据显示,2010年中国润滑油消费量达400万吨,超过300亿的销售收入,成为仅次于美国,超过俄罗斯的第二大润滑油消费国,润滑油脂产量也接近10万吨。根据企业的性质,目前在我国生产的润滑油脂可以划分为三个部分:第一,国有重要骨干企业,如中国石化润滑油公司和中国石油润滑油公司,大约占60%的份额比例;其次是国外品牌,约20%;剩下来的是约占20%的民营企业。本次设计的目的与要求是查阅国内外相关资料,了解润滑油的生产方法及市场使用情况,通过查阅主要的工艺设计数据参考书,进行工艺过程的物料衡算和能量衡算,并选取设备,最后用计算机制图软件绘制带有工艺控制点的工艺流程图、设备图和装置图。21007

The purpose of this design is to look up and requirements of the domestic and foreign relevant material, understand the lubricating oil production methods and market use, access to the main process design reference data, process of material balance calculate and energy balance calculations, and select machine, with the computer drawing software rendering process control points of a process flow diagram, equipment figure and pipe graph.
