摘要设计总说明:Cl2,分子量约71,在20摄氏度左右时,氯气的颜色是黄中带绿的颜色,拥有让人呼吸难受的气体,氯气是有毒的气体,对人的身体有很多的伤害,如果人们通过呼吸吸入太多这种气体,可能会致死。氯气密度比空气大,大约为空气的2.5倍左右。氯气 能 溶 于 水,但 溶 解 度 不 大,温 度 越 高 氯 气 在 水 中 的 溶解度就会越小。氯气能溶于水,和水发生化学反应,生成两种强酸,这两种酸性物质具有腐蚀性。食盐电解生产的烧碱、氯气,在国民经济的很多部门都是很需要的,除了应用在于化学工业自身以外,在轻工业、纺织业、石油化工业、有色金属冶炼和公用事业等方面都有很多的用途,用途极为的广泛。20376
    以氯气处理的主要目的是烧碱脱氯的原理在三万吨烧碱工艺年产相关的方法,涉及脱氯装置的计算等。有三件主要烧碱氯气处理方式,分别是:冷却,干燥和输送储备。冷却的阶段关键是用到冷冻水和钛冷却器,干燥过程中主要用到浓硫酸,干燥塔等装置,然后就是计算部分,物料,能量计算,以及对于设备选择的一些计算。
1.任务来源
    本设计是依据知道老师提出《上海应用技术学院毕业设计(论文)任务书》来进行设计,其目的是利用化学工程与技术研究的相关知识和进行化工设计的尝试。
2.设计的技术要求 
 要求是论证并初步设计(电解法)烧碱生产过程氯气处理工序的工艺条件及工艺流程,烧碱的生产规模为3万吨/年,年工作日330天。给出主要设备的选择说明以及对本设计的评述;完成物料衡算、热量衡算、有效能利用率计算及主要设备计算;绘制工艺流程图及主要设备图。20376

The general description of the design:

The main purpose of chlorine gas treatment method is the principle of caustic soda dechlorination in thirty thousand tons of caustic soda process of dechlorination device, relates to the calculation of. There are three major parts of caustic soda chlorine treatment, respectively is: cooling, drying and conveying reserve. The key stage of cooling is the use of titanium and chilled water cooler, concentrated sulfuric acid is mainly used in the drying process, the drying tower and other apparatus, parts, and then is the calculation of material, energy calculation, equipment selection and calculation for some.
