甘氨酸-天冬氨酸共聚物的缓蚀作用研究

通过L-天冬氨酸加热生成中间体聚琥珀酰亚胺,然后将甘氨酸和聚琥珀酰亚胺以一定比例水解生成甘氨酸-天冬氨酸共聚物。采用失重法计算腐蚀率以及缓蚀率

摘要:本文通过L-天冬氨酸加热生成中间体聚琥珀酰亚胺,然后将甘氨酸和聚琥珀酰亚胺以一定比例水解生成甘氨酸-天冬氨酸共聚物。采用失重法计算腐蚀率以及缓蚀率。实验证明,当甘氨酸与天冬氨酸的比例是8:92时缓蚀效果最佳,缓蚀率是18.0170%。当甘氨酸-天冬氨酸共聚物的反应时间是72h时失重效果明显。当甘氨酸-天冬氨酸共聚物浓度是5mg/L时,有较好的缓蚀与阻垢效果。当共聚物在pH值为10时,有最低的腐蚀率是3.9854%。当共聚物在低温条件下缓蚀效果好,温度升高缓蚀率下降。同时本实验测量了L-天冬氨酸,中间体聚琥珀酰亚胺和甘氨酸-天冬氨酸共聚物的红外表征,证明了有聚合产生,确定了都是目标产物。本实验最后模拟实际应用环境,比较聚天冬氨酸与甘氨酸-天冬氨酸共聚物的缓蚀性能,得出聚天冬氨酸的缓蚀作用更好。

The Study of Copolymer of Glycine and Poly Succinimide for Corrosion Inhibition
Abstract: The essay starts by heating L-aspartic acid to intermediates (Poly succinimide), then composing Glycine and Poly succinimide to be their copolymers at some certain proportions. By using the method of the loss of weight calculates the rates of corrosion and inhibition efficiency.It turns out that the optimal percentage of reaction is 8:92 and the inhibition efficiency is 18.0170%.When the reaction time is 72h,the effect of loss is the best.When the concentration is 5mg/L,the copolymer has the best effects of inhibition efficiency and crustation inhibitor efficiency.When the concentration is 5mg/L,the inhibition efficiency is the best at 3.9854%.The the inhibition efficiency is good in low temperatures and becomes worse in high temperatures.Besides,the essay measures infrared characterizations of L-aspartic acid, intermediates (Poly succinimide) and copolymer of Glycine and Poly succinmide.It is proved that the products are the three products.At last,building an industrial environment is to compare the corrosion inhibition performance of Polyaspartic acid and the copolymer of Glycine and Poly succinimide.It turns out that inhibition efficiency of Polyaspartic acid is better than copolymer of Glycine and Poly succinimide.
