摘要：目的：通过对女职工生育期权益的内容和实施情况的研究，为相关政策的完善提供建议。方法：通过政府门户网站，对有关女职工生育期的权益的政策进行收集；在“知网”上搜索有关女职工生育期的权益的文献；以问卷调查的形式对在职女职工实际享受生育期的权益情况进行了解。结果：政策规定女职工在生育期有休息、产检、产假、生育假、生育津贴、生育医疗费用、哺乳假等的权益。学者提出要完善女职工生育期的权益的政策、改变生育津贴的使用方式、生育医疗费用和医疗保险结合、延长产假时间。通过问卷调查了解到上海市的女职工大多对生育保险不了解、产假时间的长度不满意、希望加长带薪产假的时间。结论：提高女职工对于生育期的权益的了解程度，完善女职工生育期的权益的政策。82269

The study of women workers’ rights and interests during child-bearing period

Abstract: Aim: by means of studying on content of women workers’ rights and interests during child-bearing period and policy about it carried into reality, give some advice to complete policy。 Method: though governments’ web, search the policy about women workers’ rights and interests during child-bearing period; searching the document on women’s rights and interests during child-bearing period on “cnki。net”; questionnaire survey to know the reality about the women workers’ rights and interests during child-bearing period。 Result: women workers have rights on resting, antenatal care, maternity leave, parental leave, parental allowance, maternity medical fee, breastfeeding leave。 Scholar advice to complete women workers’ rights and interests during child-bearing period, change the way of using parental allowance, combine maternity medical fee and medical insurance, lengthen the time of maternity leave。 By questionnaire survey, we know that most women workers in Shanghai are not satisfied with the days of maternity leave as well as the days of their husbands’ paternity leave, the time of women workers to get fertility allowance is too short, women workers are lack of knowledge about rights and interests during child-bearing period。 Conclusion: raising their knowledge about rights and interests during child-bearing period, complete the policy of women workers’ rights and interests during child-bearing period。
