摘要：在全球经济发展形式较为严峻的今天，就业似乎成为每个即将毕业的大学生所面临的最大难题，而不断改变的社会环境，也在加剧这个问题所带来的困扰。本研究的目的是在互联网+已经逐渐成为各个行业发展所必不可少的新模式的背景下，对致使大学生创新创业成功的主要因素进行分析与讨论，阐明自己的想法并提出假设。对有针对性的样本运用问卷调查法收集数据，利用SPSS 22。0对收集的数据进行描述性分析、单变量回归分析、多元回归分析，进而得出社会与学术、政治与制度、互联网技术、经济等是影响创业成功的关键因素，并且影响程度由高到低。此次研究争取为创业者提供较为准确以及实用的意见与建议，努力搭建一个能够使创业者通向成功的桥梁。82263
