玖隆钢铁物流园区的现状问题及策略分析

摘要本文首先对物流园区与钢铁物流园区相关的概念和特点进行了阐述；其次，通过分析玖隆物流园区的发展现状，发现该园区在电商服务、人才储备、园区管理等方面存在问题；然后，对玖隆问题的成因作出分析，得到了解决问题的关键在于处理好发展电商、人才的引进和培养、提高各方面管理水平等方面的策略；最后，将玖隆钢铁物流园区的实际情况与我国钢铁行业向着网络化发展的时代要求相结合，提出玖隆物流园区需要加大对电商平台的投入来增强服务能力、通过完善园区管理制度和加强细节管理来提高园区管理水平、通过吸引人才加入和建设自己的培养体系来解决人才紧缺的问题。 81805

The analysis of present problems and strategies of Jiulongsteel logisticspark

Abstract Firstly , this paper describes the concept and characteristics of logistics park and the steel logistics park。 Secondly, by analyzing Jiulong logistics park’s development status, find that there are many problems in the electricity businessservices,talent pool, the comprehensive management of the park and other aspects。 Then, this paper analyses the causes of Jiulong’s problems。 The keys to solve the problem are to deal with the development of the electricity supplier, to introduce and cultivate oftalents, to improve the management level and other aspects of the problem。 Finally, this paper combines the actual situation of Jiulong steel logistics park with there quirements of China's steel industry development to the network era, and puts forward Jiulong logistics park need to increase investment in electric business platform to enhance service ability 。The company improve the management level of the park through the perfect management system and strengthening the details of management zone。 In order to solve the problem of shortage of talent that the controllers need to attract talentsto joinand build theirown trainingsystem。

0 引言

随着经济的迅速发展和我国对物流园区的不断投入，物流园区的发展速度也在随之加快。根据我国在 2015 年组织开展的第四次物流园区调查得到的数据，物流园区的数量在我国已经进入稳定增长的时期，但仍然有很多问题阻碍着物流园区的进一步的发展。由于物流园区存在的问题较为复杂，对物流园区实际情况进行分析研究是非常重要的。玖隆钢铁物流园区的建立对张家港地区的发展有着重要的影响，存在的问题也有一定的代表性。通过研究玖隆物流园区存在的主要问题和发展策略，对其他物流园区的发展能够提供一定的借鉴和指导意义。玖隆钢铁物流园区的现状问题及策略分析:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_95739.html
