摘 要：西溪古镇拥有独特的旅游资源，在旅游开发过程中受到越来越多旅游者的青睐。但随着旅游市场的竞争加剧，西溪古镇在营销方面也暴露出很多问题，诸如旅游产品单一、旅游营销缺乏整体性、营销意识薄弱和渠道营销渠道单一等，这些问题削弱了古镇旅游的市场竞争力。本文在实地调研的基础上，对古镇的旅游现状，客源市场结构，营销中出现的问题进行了探讨，并结合古镇的实际情况，为其设计了合理的市场定位和相应的营销策略，以来提高西溪古镇的市场竞争力，促进古镇旅游更好的发展。80594

Abstract：Xixi ancient town has unique tourism resources, in the process of tourism development，more and more tourists love it。 However, as the tourism market competition intensifies, xixi ancient town also exposed many problems in marketing, such as single tourism products, tourist marketing lack integrity, weak marketing consciousness and single channel marketing channel, etc。these problems influence the ancient town tourism market competitiveness。 In this paper, on the basis of field investigation, the ancient town tourism, tourist market structure, the problems in marketing are discussed in this paper, combining with the actual situation of the ancient town, the reasonable market positioning for their design and the corresponding marketing strategy, improve the xixi ancient town market competitiveness, promote the development of ancient town tourism better。

1 前言

在经济发展迅猛、城市化扩张加剧的当今中国，人们的生活节奏越来越快，心里负担和生活压力不断加大，人们对传统、朴实生活的向往变得更为强烈。古镇则凭借其浓厚的历史古韵和朴实的生活气息得到了人们的青睐，这也就是古镇旅游可以在上世纪80年代的中国发展起来直到今天仍旧不衰的重要原因。在这种旅游潮流的推动之下，具有地方特色的西溪古镇被开发出来，以此达到吸引游客、促进经济增长的目的。西溪古镇有着悠久的历史，丰富的古迹，它是保存的较为完好且拥有独特盐文化的苏中古镇。然而，西溪古镇在发展初期仍存在着诸多问题。本文在笔者对实地进行多次考察和调研的基础之上，分析、总结出西溪古镇的营销策略，为促进其进一步发展提供理论依据。 西溪古镇旅游现状及营销策略研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_93712.html
