摘 要：近几年经济快速发展，推动了我国城市化进程的速度,耕地被占用作为城市建设用地的现象也随之频繁，城市化和耕地保护的矛盾突出，因此对于研究如何保持城市化建设和耕地保护两者之间的平衡有着很大的价值和现实意义。本文以南京市为例，分析南京市城市化建设与耕地保护的关系，以及两者间存在的问题和原因，继而制定可行解决方案，以有效地保障南京市城市化建设与耕地保护的和谐发展。78001

Abstract: In recent years, rapid economic development promote the speed of the urbanization process in China, cultivated land occupied for urban construction with the phenomenon also followed frequently, the contradiction between urbanization and cultivated land protection outstanding, so for the study of how to keep the balance between urbanization and farmland protection both has a great value and practical significance。 This paper taking Nanjing City as an example, analysis the relationship of Nanjing urbanization construction and cultivated land protection, and between the question and the reason, then develop feasible solutions, in order to effectively protect the harmonious development of Nanjing urbanization construction and cultivated land protection。
