摘要：美丽乡村建设是对中国美丽目标的极为重要一步，也自然是中国民族的重要组成部分，也是实现可持续发展的关键。本文主要选取了浙江省衢州市龙游县的詹家、马叶和浦山三个地区的相关数据，利用层次法模型确定各指标的权重，并且分别从发展水平、限制性条件和可持续性这三个方面对美丽乡村建设建立评价体系。该评价体系的建立对于美丽乡村建设的理论完善具有着重要影响，也希望该体系能为乡村建设的发展提供一些针对性的建议与对策，切实的加快乡村建设。77896

A Study on the Evaluation of the Beautiful Countryside Construction in China ——With the County Seat of Qvzhou County in Zhejiang as an Example
Abstract: Beautiful countryside construction is an important measure to achieve the goal of a beautiful country, which is an important part of realizing sustainable development of the nation。 This paper chooses Zhanjia, Maye, and Pushan (from Longyou County, Quzhou city, Zhejiang Province) three areas as the data sources。 Using hierarchical model to determine the weight of each indicator, respectively, from the levels of development, restrictive conditions and sustainability of these three aspects to evaluate the beautiful countryside-building assessment system。 The establishment of this system plays an important role in refine the theory of beautiful countryside construction, also hopes the system will provide recommendations on the development and countermeasures of countryside construction, and accelerate the countryside construction。

美丽乡村建设水平评价研究 ——以浙江省衢州市龙游县为例
中央十八大报告提出:“要努力建设美丽中国，实现中华民族永续发展。”报告中显示出政府下一步强调了尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态文明本质概念。
随着“美丽乡村”改建的产生，各个地方政府已经开始了对农村生态环境建设的活动，在原有的基础上进一步加强农村环境建设。该建设是在新农村建设美丽乡村已基本成定局，结合了如何探索农村地区可持续发展未来的背景下提出的，并不是传统意义上的进行环境的建设活动。这种概念包含了更多的建设要求，跟现在要求的新农村建设中的美丽乡村建设并不是完全的相同。新农村的建设主要指的是农村中脏、乱、差等问题需要解决，补充新农村的建设。故而，美丽乡村建设的研究不仅仅要去丰富和调整新农村建设的理论，并且还需要提供参考基准的方法和手段。对于美丽乡村建设的未来，逐步形成美丽乡村建设的新理论。 龙游县美丽乡村建设水平评价研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_89613.html
