摘 要：本文以调查问卷的形式，了解游客对蟠桃山佛教文化景区的满意程度，并从景区现状入手，运用ASEB栅格分析法，将SWOT分析与曼宁—哈斯—德赖佛—布朗需求层次理论结合起来，围绕徐州蟠桃山佛教文化景区旅游开发的活动、环境、体验和收益4个方面，分析其优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，形成16个单元格的系统分析。本文认为蟠桃山佛教文化景区具有一定的开发潜力，同时存在着旅游主题文化不突出、产品开发缺乏特色、服务质量偏低等问题。提出重塑景区主题形象、可持续发展、融入体验旅游理念等措施。74209

Abstract:Based on the questionnaire survey,knowing about the tourist’s satisfaction of PAN TAO SHAN Buddhist Cultural Scenic Spot ,and using ASEB grid analysis to combine SWOT analysis and Manning-Has-Driver-Brown’s Hierarchy of Needs, with the activities;settings;experiences and benefits of tourism exploitation of the spot to analysis its strengthens;weaknesses;opportunities and threats,then,we formed 16 cells 。The potential of exploitation is great。However,at the same time,it has many problems,such as:having no prominent theme;lacking features in product development and the quality of service need to be improved。So,the measures that remodeling the scenic spot’s cultural theme ,developing sustainable and integrating tourism experience theory into the exploitation should be proposed。
