摘要在愈演愈烈的海工市场竞争中，技术准备工作是成功获取订单、得到用户认可的 必要条件。技术准备工作能够起到分析投标阶段的工作要点和方法，及时、准确地为 投标阶段的海工项目成本预算提供数据基础，为项目执行扫清主要障碍这些重要作 用。77861
本课题主要研究某 FPSO 投标阶段的舾装技术准备工作。FPSO 舾装包括外舾装 和内舾装，外舾装主要研究甲板机械、防腐保护、梯子平台栏杆、救生保护和医疗设 备、消防设备及系统、舱口盖和舱门等。内舾装主要研究生活区房间功能布置、噪音 和震动控制、通风方案。本文主要是研究某 FPSO 投标阶段对船体外舾装和内舾装中 主要设备和系统进行统计数量种类以及使用寿命等。学习舾装部分的相关计算、根据 规范进行舾装选取以及舾装的统计描述方法。
通过本文的研究，学会了根据某 FPSO 的主尺度和主要参数，运用公式规范进行 船体舾装数量规格的选取，知道了舾装件选取还需要满足多方面的要求。

Abstract In the intensified competition in the offshore market,technical preparation work is the necessary condition for successfully acquiring orders and customer’s approval。Technical preparation work can make the work of analyzing the keys and methods in the bidding stage,providing the offshore engineering project cost budget data base for the bidding stage accurately and in time,clearing the main obstacle for the project execution。
The subject is mainly studying outfitting technical preparation work in a FPSO bidding phase。FPSO outfitting includes deck outfitting and accommodation outfitting。Deck outfitting mainly includes deck machinery, corrosion protection,ladders, rails, platforms, medical equipment, fire control equipment and systems, hatch cover。Accommodation outfitting mainly includes living room function layout,noise and vibration controlling,ventilation scheme。The paper mainly study the main equipment and systems’ quantity and servicing living of one FPSO in the tendering stage,learn to do the relevant calculation in the outfitting part and make the selection of outfitting according to the relevant specification,study the statistic and description methods。
Through the study of the paper, I have learned to use the formula and standard to make the selection of hull outfitting number and specifications according to a FPSO principal dimensions of the train and the main parameters。I have known the fittings selection also need to meet various requirements。
