摘要: 在如今经济全球化的大背景下,衍生出了“人事外包”这样一种新型的人力资源管理模式。“人事外包”因为其特有的人力资源市场化配置作用以及强大的灵活性特点满足了企业对于人才需要的弹性需求。77005

本论文针对外包员工和正式员工的对比研究,通过问卷分析和访谈法从“物质回报”、“精神回报”、“成长和发展机会”、“实际工作内容”、“工作环境”、“归属感”这六个因素探究各因素对于两类员工满意度的影响是否存在差异。结论表明外包员工在物质方面相比在职员工差异性要求并不大,而更多希望企业能在精神层面多给到自己一些关注,能更加融入企业文化中,对企业来说不是个外人。

我也根据研究结果针对不同企业文化面对外包员工满意度,例如外包员工在三方关系中常常处于弱势地位,常常面临合法权益无法得到保证、职业规划无法建立、无法融入用工单位组织文化这类的问题而提出自己的建议,实现企业人力资源配置最优化,促进企业更高质量的发展。

Research on Employee Satisfaction in the Background of Human Resource Outsourcing

A Comparative Study of Outsourcing Employees and Official Employees

Abstract: In the background of today's economic globalization, there is a new type of human resources management model which is called human resource outsourcing。 Human resource outsourcing meets the needs of the enterprises demand for talent because of the role of human resource marketization and strong flexibility。 

With a comparative study of outsourcing employees and regular employees,this paper explores whether there are differences between the two factors for the satisfaction of the two types of employees from six aspects of material rewards, spirit returns, opportunities for growth and development, actual job content, work environment by questionnaires and interviews。The conclusion shows that the outsourcing employees compared regular employees show little interest on material terms, but hope that companies can give some more attention to them in the spiritual level, they can be integrated into the organizational culture in labor unit,not just workers。

    For different corporate culture facing the problem of outsourcing employee satisfaction, such as outsourcing employees is often in a weak position in the tripartite relationship ,there are  many problems that legal rights can not be guaranteed, career planning can not be established, outsourcing employees can not integrate into the organizational culture in labor unit。I put forwards my own recommendations according to the results of the study which realizes the optimization of enterprise human resource allocation and promotes the higher quality development of enterprises。
