摘要：养老一直是人们所关注的热点问题，中国老龄化的趋势日益上升，同时还伴随着高龄化的问题。养老时代的来临，我国涌现了一大批养老机构，而我们的养老机构存在着定位不清、结构失衡、服务滞后、监管乏力等问题。如果能够提出符合现阶段养老机构中社工建设的理论模型，那么将会为解决实际问题提供珍贵的参考价值。因此，对于社工介入城市机构养老的研究就显得必不可少了。本文着眼于社会工作视角，通过访谈以及个案来分析和评估老年公寓社工的实务工作有效性并对其发展的前景有所探讨。76163

The In-depth Studies of Social Work Intervention in the Urban Pension Agency---Illustrate with Shanghai Y Senior Housing Apartment

Abstract: Elderly care has become a focus of concern for people as a social hot issue。 Chinese aging population shows a rising tendency and comes with another problem of senility。 Along with an upcoming era of elderly care, there were thousands of social pension agencies sprung up in our country。 However, our pension agencies still have many conspicuous problems, such as unclear orientation, structural imbalance, lagged services, slack regulation, etc。 Assuming to provide a theoretical model of social workers’ construction for pension agencies at present stage, then we can solve practical problems through valuable reference。 Therefore, the studies of “social workers’ intervention in the urban pension agencies” become an indispensable focus to solve the trend of aging population。 The article starts with a perspective of social work, through interviews and inpidual cases to analyze and evaluate the efficiency of practice work in a senior housing apartment, and discuss its future development and prospects。
