摘 要：18 世纪后期起直到今天，自行车的创造和发展大约经过了200多年的历史。而淮安的自行车发展才经历了短短10几年，一开始只是作为代步工具来使用，后来保护环境与倡导低碳生活的意识增强，自行车便又成为环保的交通工具而被广泛使用。于是自行车渐渐的发展成为一项专业的旅游产品。就中国当前来说，自行车旅游并不是一个成熟的休闲健身项目，但在淮安，其发展是十分迅速的。所以，本文是以淮安市自行车旅游的现状开展调查研究，对淮安自行车旅游的各个方面进行分析总结，以期为淮安市的自行车旅游的发展提供理论依据，从而可以让更多的自行车爱好者参与其中，感受自行车旅游的无穷魅力，推动淮安自行车旅游的发展。74847

Abstract：Since late 18th Century, the history of creation and development of bicycles has been almost 200 years。 The development of bicycles in Huaian has only been around 10 years，just as a means of transportation in the beginning。Few years later,with the development of environmental protection and awareness of low-carbon life, bicycle has become an environmentally and friendly means of transportation and widely used。 So the bike gradually developed into a professional tourism products。 Nowadays in China, bicycle tourism is not a mature and leisure fitness project, but in Huaian, its development is very rapid。 Therefore, this article is based on the current situation of Huaian bicycle tourism research, analyzed and summarized all aspects of Huaian bicycle tourism, in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of bicycle tourism in Huaian,thus,it can attract more bicycle enthusiasts to participate, feel the infinite charm of bicycle tourism, promote the development of Huaian bicycle tourism。

直到今天，自行车经历了200多年的发展。淮安自行车在上个世界70年代也普及过，但是改革开放后，经济的飞速发展使人们摒弃了自行车，而使用汽车代步。但到了21世纪初，因为倡导保护环境和低碳生活，自行车便又成为环保的交通工具而被广泛使用。
世界上任何事物的创造与进步，都与当时的社会环境有关，自行车旅游也是这样。现在世界主要的发达国家都在欧美地区，他们的环保意思觉醒的较早，自行车也较早的被当做环保交通工具而被推广。政府为了鼓励自行车的发展，也建设的很多的自行车专用车道，加上人们的生活水平提高而活动的减少，运动健身变得尤为重要，自行车便又受到人们的青睐，于是自行车渐渐的发展成为一项成熟的旅游产品。 淮安自行车旅游发展现状调查研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_85556.html
