淮安市主题酒店建设发展调查分析

摘要：随着现代经济技术的发展，传统的商务型酒店已经不能满足顾客的需求，主题酒店便是顾客需求升级和酒店市场竞争加剧的产物。主题酒店作为一种新兴的酒店发展形态，在我国发展时间不长，但作为国际酒店业发展的新趋势，为处于激烈竞争态势下的中国酒店业的发展提供了一片“蓝海空间”。在大量文献研究的基础上，对淮安主题酒店的发展现状和资源基础进行调查分析，从主题酒店的定位与推广来研究淮安市主题酒店发展现状，同时从淮安主题酒店的发展现状中发现其存在的问题，从而提出相关建议，以便提高淮安主题酒店的发展。67074

Abstract: With the development of social economy and technology, the traditional business hotel can't satisfy customers' more need, theme hotels are built in time for use. As a fresh form of hotel development, themed hotel showed up in China only recent, still as a new trend for global hotel development, themed hotel provided a "Blue ocean space" for China hotel industry which are under intense competition. This article based on a lot of literature research and analysis of Huai’an theme hotels, and investigates Huai’an theme hotels present development situation and the basic resource. And then investigates the position and the promotion of Huai’an theme hotels, so we can find the existing problems of Huai’an theme hotels’ development and make some suggestions, in order to improve the development of Huai’an theme hotels.

随着旅游业的迅猛发展和国外酒店在中国的日益扩张，中国酒店业不得不从传统的经营模式转化为具有特色创新之路，主题酒店随之兴起。顾客在消费过程中能够从某一特定文化氛围中感受到一种精神上的享受，而这种特定文化氛围突出体现的就是“主题”。主题酒店将成为酒店业发展的一种新趋势。
