某幕墙安装工程危险性分析及防范对策

摘要：幕墙安装工程是建设工程中的一项重要工程，幕墙安装也是建筑工程中事故多发的一项工程。本文通过对幕墙安装工程的危险有害因素从人的因素、物的因素、工作环境因素和管理因素四个方面进行了分析，对幕墙安装中存在的主要事故类型进行了介绍，并列出了表格对危险有害因素和导致事故发生的危险有害因素进行分类分析。后面通过作业条件危险性分析法对各个生产工艺流程进行了分析，来分析容易发生高处坠落、机械伤害、触电、火灾事故发生的生产工艺的危险程度。然后用事故树分析法对高处坠落事故和触电事故进行了重点分析，确定了各种事故原因对事故影响的大小，得出该幕墙安装工程的主要事故类型及其危险有害因素。最后通过LEC法和事故树分析法的分析结果从人的方面、物的方面、工作环境方面、管理方面对幕墙安装工程存在的危险有害因素提出了防范措施。52650
