摘要：本文以上海市外来流动人口中低学历群体为研究对象，以问卷调查法为主要的研究数据来源，对上海市外来流动人口的行业现状、职业分布、收入水平、生活质量以及社会保险参与度展开研究分析，得出其在就业层次、法律监管、市场管理等方面存在的问题，另外上海市在培训机构方面仍有许多不足。针对以上问题通过研究得出，以监管劳动合同为重点加大保护力度，建立专门的上海市外来流动人口人才市场，改进中介机构对外来流动人口的服务、加大对培训方面的人力资本投资、不断完善法律法规等建议。彻底解决上海市外来流动人口就业问题任重而道远，但相信通过各界的努力，实现该目标指日可待。30560

Study on Employment of the Floating Population in Shanghai
Abstract:This study taking low degree of the floating population as an example to explore the employment structure,life quality,income level,and social insurance.Based on the study,There are many problems on employment status,it is concluded that legal regulations,market strategy and training plan.on the basis of floating population employment characteristics,putting forward
that we should establish a specialized market of the floating population in Shanghai, and improve the service of labour exchange, etc. The solution to the employment problem of  floating population is still a long way to go, but i believe the realization of the goal will come true through the efforts of people from all walks of life.
