摘  要自从08年金融危机后,产能过剩,订单量减少,船舶行业开始走向低迷,直到现在,在这个关键的时期,船企都在想法设法生存下去,选择改革升级就是一个不错的方法。改革升级,这需要技术的支撑,而看板仿真技术的出现可以改善船厂生产效率低下的情况,能够提高产品质量,增强企业竞争力。日韩已经开始发展看板作业仿真技术了,并占据遥遥领先地位,所以中国要迎头赶上。我国现在需要解决的问题除了向日韩学习理论和技术,并且加大对看板仿真技术的研究,把理论和实际相结合,然后运用到企业中。95185

    对于看板化的船舶中间产品仿真技术研究工作的推进可以从以下几个方面进行:

1、对看板作业基础和仿真理论进行了解,为研究建立基础理论支撑;

2、构建看板系统,对看板系统有深入的了解,对企业起到指导作用;
