摘要: 本文主要论述了组织在进行招聘活动时,可能存在的风险以及规避风险的办法,其中包括了风险的含义特点,分析了企业招聘的现状及风险识别方法,提出了防范措施。要加强人才选择的外部约束,增加信息的对称程度等,这些都是招聘活动中存在风险的规避方法。 94126

人才竞争在组织竞争中已经占有越来越关键的地位。如何吸引到高素质的人才,并且留住人才,降人才放在适当的位置上,已经成为企业能否持续发展的关键要素。有成效的招聘活动能够帮助企业吸引到合适人才,为企业注入新鲜血液,从而充实企业的人才储备。但失败的招聘活动不仅达不到上述效果,甚至还会妨碍到现有的运行状态,从而使组织战略目标的实现也产生影响。为了提高组织的核心竞争力,我们应当在源头上规避风险,即保证招聘活动的有效性。企业中从事人力资源招聘的人员应当提高自己的职业素质和技能,提前树立风险观,同时积极完善招聘体系,在风险发生时也不至于手足无措。争取将风险产生的影响降到最低,从而为组织的发展添砖加瓦。
