摘要：随着信息技术的高速发展和经济全球化的到来，智慧城市和电子政务的发展前景越来越受到各个国家的重视。对于智慧城市的研究国外早在20世纪90年代就已经开始，我国在这种形势的推动下，也逐渐开始了对智慧城市和电子政务的研究。但是在我国智慧城市建设中，电子政务的发展存在着例如统筹协调不足、法律滞后保障不力以及社会民众缺乏兴趣参与度较低等问题；面对这些问题，我国需采取合适的解决方法。虽然，智慧城市建设存在许多困难，但是毋庸置疑，智慧城市在当前全球化过程中的作用是无可替代的，推进我国智慧城市和电子政务发展，是我国发展的关键。93763

The Development of Electronic Government in the Construction of Smart City in China

一、前言
城市，承载着一代一代人的梦想。传统的城市在我国经济政治发展过程中起到了重要的作用，但随着社会的不断进步和发展，这种传统的城市已经无法满足当今社会快速发展的需要，城市需求越来越高。随着二者之间的差距越来越大，我们逐渐发现，探索创新才是发展的根本，只有不断创新，才能寻找到一种新的发展模式。进入21世纪以来，中国的城镇化建设取得了巨大的进步，城镇化率不断提高，速度不断加快，城市人口急剧增长。但是在发展的同时，也产生了不少问题，资源被过度开发，导致一些资源渐渐稀缺，由于人类活动导致的环境污染，由于路网不畅车辆过多导致的交通拥堵等“城市病”问题恶化，这已经成为阻碍我国城镇化发展的首要难题。为了改变这一困境，“智慧城市”就此产生。 我国智慧城市建设中的电子政务发展:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_201667.html
