摘  要：企业要搜寻适合自身发展的的人才，就必须从人力资源招聘开始，招聘工作与企业的生存和发展息息相关。本文通过分析扬州市麦香人家食品有限公司招聘工作的当前状况，分析公司在招聘前期准备、选择招聘渠道、培训招聘人员素质、评估招聘效果方面存在的问题。并针对各种问题进行分析评估，提出解决对策，从而提高扬州市麦香人家食品有限公司的招聘质量，有效提高企业的竞争力。同时通过研究扬州市麦香人家食品有限公司在招聘中存在的问题，充实中小型企业在招聘问题研究方面的理论，对企业的招聘问题研究具有一定的借鉴以及指导意义。93688

Problems existing in the hiring process and solving strategies of Wheat’s Family
