摘要：随着我国现代化进程的不断加快和改革开放的不断深入，农村社区建设对实现农村发展、促进农村城镇化建设有着不容小觑的作用。但是，农村社区建设在发展的过程中也遭遇到了一系列新的问题与困境，解决这些问题与困境对于推动我国经济、政治和文化的全面发展，有着重要的意义。本文通过对农村社区建设出现的一系列问题的了解与剖析并且针对这些问题提出相应的解决方案。主要目的是为了说明农村社区建设的的重要性、必要性以及可行性。92373

改革开放以来，中国的经济、政治和文化领域都取得了快速的发展，城镇化进程也不断加快，但是农业基础薄弱，农村问题仍然是至今为止中国社会发展的重大障碍。十八大报告中指出加强社会主义民主政治建设是深化改革的重要组成部分，而基层民主作为民主政治建设的重要环节，在民主政治发展过程中发挥着关键作用。农村社区建设是时代发展的趋势，也是推动社会主义新农村建设的必然要求。
