摘  要：实习的主要目的是提高大学生的工作能力，使大学生适应企业的工作环境，不同于在学校以理论为主的学习，实习考验大学生的各个方面。本论文通过调查分析实习对大学生就业的有利和不利影响，找出大学生实习中存在的一些问题，对这些问题进行原因分析，从政府、企业、高校及大学生等方面提出建议，提高大学生实习的作用，帮助大学生在实习后能够有所收获，成功就业。92363

目前，大学生就业难的问题比较突出。实习对于大学生的就业具有重要的影响，有好的方面，也有不好的方面。大学期间学生应该积极参加学校安排的实习，将理论应用到实际工作中，有利于大学生的就业，提供大学生更多的就业机会。另一方面，实习可能会对大学生的就业期望及就业方向产生不利的影响。实习的待遇及不同于理论知识的工作内容可能会降低大学生的就业期望，从而使大学生对自身所学专业的就业前景产生迷惘，甚至改变未来就业方向，抛弃大学所学专业，选择高薪且名声好的工作岗位，自身能力又与企业单位要求的相差大，不利于大学生就业，也不利于企业招聘合适工作岗位的人才。所以不管是大学生，还是企业和高校，对大学生实习都不能抱着可有可无、草草了之的心态。 浅谈实习对大学生就业的影响:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_200008.html
