摘要：作为一种快速发展的人才招聘方式，国外先进企业应用的成功经验表明，网络招聘逐渐成为现代企业人力资管理的重要组成部分。我国的网络招聘产业虽然起步较晚，但发展较快，中国网络招聘行业市场潜力巨大，正处于其高速发展的黄金期。本论文在对网络招聘相关基本概念做出解析的基础上，分析了我国网络招聘的现状，并就其中招聘方、应聘方、招聘网站和政府存在的问题进行分析，并提出要加大技术革新、加强网络招聘立法、建立相关管理机构、采取收费制等形式以促进我国网络招聘的发展。24677

Research status, problems and countermeasure of the recruitment network
Abstract: As a way of recruitment of rapid development, the successful experience of foreign advanced enterprise applications shows that online recruitment has gradually and increasingly becoming an important part of modern human resources management. Our online recruitment industry, though started late, but rapid development, China's huge market potential for online recruitment industry, is in its golden period of rapid development. Based on the basic concepts related to making online recruitment resolved, analyzes the status quo of China's online recruitment and analyzed on which recruiters, candidates party and government problems in recruitment website, and proposed to increase technological innovation, strengthen online recruitment legislation and establish the relevant authorities to take charge of promoting the development of other forms of online recruitment.

前言
随着知识经济时代的到来,企业在人才市场争夺人才的竞争越来越激烈。企业通过何种方式能高效率的找到自己所需要的人才并且节省企业招聘成本是困扰我国企业人力资源管理的一大难题。信息时代，随着互联网的快速发展,网络招聘技术逐渐取代传统的招聘方式得到快速的发展,与传统招聘方式相比网络招聘具有许多优势如招聘范围广、无地域限制、高效快捷、费用低等。与此同时网络招聘也存在竞争激烈、信息真实度低、法律机制不健全、网络技术落后等问题。大力发展网络招聘对于扩大就业,促进企业发展意义重大。如何从招聘网站、招聘企业、求职者、政府方面入手来解决我国网络招聘中存在的问题是本文研究的重点。本文基于现有文献，从网络招聘行业研究、网络招聘的问题研究及网络招聘的发展研究三方面总结出目前我国网络招聘的研究现状，为以后的研究提供参考。
