摘要绩效考核是人力资源管理中重要环节，成功的项目管理团队绩效考核是提高项目成员水平、实现工程项目建设目标的基础和保障。本论文基于绩效考核以及项目管理的理论，通过调研镇江路桥公司的绩效考核实例，发现该企业项目团队的绩效考核中存在的问题。对如何完善公司绩效流程、落实绩效考核和改进绩效激励等问题进行了深入的研究，将关键绩效指标(KPI)及目标管理(MBO)相结合。在研究中结合了现有资料, 采用实证研究和归纳分析的方法，提出系统改进公司绩效考核的措施，可为项目管理团队科学实施绩效考核和评价提供借鉴和参考。86881

Research on the Employee Performance Appraisal Improvement of Zhenjiang Road and Bridge Company
Abstract Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management。 Successful performance appraisal is the foundation and guarantee of enhancing the abilities of team members and achieving the project goal。 Based on the theory of performance appraisal and project management, this paper finds the problems of project team of Zhenjiang Road and Bridge Company in the performance appraisal by surveying its performance appraisal cases。 This paper also makes an in-depth study about improving company’s performance process, implementing performance appraisal and improving performance incentive, as well as combining the KPI and MBO。 Combined with existing material, empirical research method and inductive analysis method have been adopted to put forward systematic measures to improve company’s performance appraisal, so as to provide reference for the project management team to implement scientific performance appraisal and evaluation。
