面向敏捷制造的宏达企业混流生产管理研究

摘要在交通、信息技术越来越发达的今天，市场竞争日趋激烈，企业纷纷应用敏捷制造的理念和技术不断强化制造过程的敏捷性，以准确、快速地响应动态多变的市场需求。因此，制造过程的敏捷性越来越成为企业获得市场竞争优势的关键因素。本文通过研究宏达公司混流装配线的生产现状，引入排序和现场管理的技术和思想，意图通过优化产品投产顺序与改善现场生产管理，来提高离散制造业混流生产管理的敏捷性，以更好地适应动态多变的市场需求，让企业更具市场竞争优势。86739

Mixed Management of Production of HongDa Enterprise for Agile Manufacturing

Abstract With the rapid development of transportation and information technology,the market is increasingly competitive。To respond to the dynamically changing market demands accurately and quickly,most enterprises have taken use of concepts and technology of agile manufacturing,to strengthen the agility of the manufacturing process。Therefore, the agility of the manufacturing process is increasingly becoming a key factor in the market enterprises to obtain competitive advantage。By researching the mixed assembly line of HongDa,and introducing the technology and ideas of sorting and site management to optimize the order of products putting into production and improve on-site production management。To improve the agility of mixed production and management of discrete manufacturing。And get the company adapting to the dynamic changing market better, so that enterprises have more competitive advantages。
