摘要：知识共享是知识管理的一个重要方面。但组织中的知识共享并不是自然而然发生，知识共享需要主体，需要合适的平台与良好的环境。企业知识共享过程中知识共享主体以及知识共享环境方面的因素导致组织中知识共享产生障碍。针对这些障碍采取的解决对策有：建立组织知识分类制度和推行标准化管理、完善技术支持、形成知识共享的组织文化、建立新型组织结构、建立激励机制。通过多种对策解决知识共享障碍，实现知识共享，完成组织发展，促进企业的知识创新，提高企业绩效。78905

The Obstacle Factors of Knowledge Sharing and Countermeasure Analysis of Enterprises

Abstract: Knowledge sharing is an important aspect of knowledge management。 Knowledge sharing in organization of but not happen naturally, knowledge sharing requires the main body, need sharing platform and sharing environment。 Main body of enterprises in the process of knowledge sharing knowledge sharing and knowledge Shared environmental factors in the obstacle that generates knowledge sharing in the organization。 In view of these obstacles countermeasures are: organizational knowledge classification system establishment and implementation of standardized management, improve the technical support, the formation of knowledge sharing culture of an organization, to establish a new organizational structure, the establishment of incentive mechanism。 Through a variety of countermeasures to solve the obstacles of knowledge sharing, realize the knowledge sharing, complete the organization development, promote enterprise knowledge innovation, improve enterprise performance。
