摘 要：少数民族平等受教育权是宪法和法律保障的少数民族的基本权利。如何实现少数 民族的平等受教育权，不但影响到少数民族自身的发展，也关系到国家和谐和社进步。建 国以来我国少数民族平等受教育权获得了长足的发展，但在某些方面仍存在着稍许不足。 如何充分有效地实现少数民族平等受教育权，是我国现在急需解决的问题。 85628

二、我国少数民族平等受教育权的基本现状
