摘要:介孔二氧化硅有序多孔,且孔道均匀易修饰,广泛运用于药物释放领域。本课题采用溶胶凝胶法制备介孔二氧化硅,并在此基础上进行磁性修饰得到比表面积较大,孔容易于调节的磁性介孔二氧化硅。同时使用了扫描电镜,透射电镜,红外,激光粒度仪对其进行了分析。在此基础上进行了空白介孔二氧化硅和磁性修饰后的介孔二氧化硅对抗癌药物DOX的装载,对比的进行了DOX的担载和释放实验并对修饰前后的微球中DOX的装载量、包封率及释放行为的变化做定性的分析。磁性修饰后的介孔二氧化硅不仅具有介孔二氧化硅的优点,同时还具有具有靶向性,对于药物的输送和释放有着重要的意义。 81790

Mesoporous Silica - loaded Microcapsule Surface Magnetic Orientation Modification

Abstract: Mesoporous silica nanomaterials caused widely attention in biomedical field due to their tunable pore sizes, the stability of the skeleton structure, easily modified internal and external surface and good biocompatibility, and their abundant pore can store a variety of drug molecules, which can be used in drug-controlled release。 However, along with the development of pharmacology, pathology and therapy method, the requirement of structure, function, size and composite for materials is urgent。 And the single function of pure mesoporous silica materials can not satisfy the needs already。 So, functional silica materials come into being, and studied widely。 Herein, we designed several magnetic mesoporous silica composites with different combination and structures, and investigated their favorable drug release properties。 In these composites, iron oxide with good biocompatibility, simple synthesis method and strong magnetism was chose as magnetic material。 And the textural, morphological and structural properties of the composites were carefully characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, respectively。 In addition, all the composites are employed as drug carries, and the delivery properties are measured by UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy in vitro and in human cells。
