摘要21 世纪以来,我国的经济得到了前所未有的发展,以工业和基础建造业为主要 领域的高速发展,大大刺激了人们对钢铁制品的需求。与此同时,各大领域对钢铁性 能的要求也越来越严苛,人们在尽量降低钢铁生产成本的同时,还希望其具有各种优 良的性能。81101

双相不锈钢经过几十年的发展,因其具有高强度和优越的抗应力腐蚀性能,已经 成为当下使用范围最广的不锈钢的材料之一。并逐步取代其他性能较差不锈钢材料。 因为双相不锈钢卓越的性能,目前已被普遍的在各个领域中使用。本文主要叙述了双 相不锈钢的发展历程和性能特点,介绍了双相不锈钢的微观组织以及其对双相不锈钢 氢扩散的作用。

在确定了不同固溶温度对 2205 双相不锈钢微观组织的影响后,本文首先测量了2205 双相不锈钢经过不同固溶温度处理后分别在硝酸和硫酸环境中的极化曲线,接 着又测量出双相不锈钢在 3。5%NaCl 溶液中的单一相极化曲线,最后测试了双相不锈 钢中各相及整体的氢扩散曲线。研究结果表明,随着固溶温度升高,奥氏体晶粒尺寸 变大,铁素体的含量升高,奥氏体的含量降低。铁素体中的 Cr,Mo 元素和奥氏体中 的 Ni 元素可以增加双相不锈钢的耐蚀性能。铁素体的增加会促进氢原子的扩散,奥 氏体晶粒的长大对氢原子的扩散既有促进也有抑制作用。

Abstract Since twenty-first Century, our country's economy has been an unprecedented development。 The rapid development of industrial and basic construction industry as the main field greatly stimulated our demand for iron and steel products。 At the same time, the steel performance requirements of major areas are increasingly stringent。 People are trying to reduce the cost of steel production, but also hope that it has a variety of excellent performance。

Due to its high strength and superior behavior on stress corrosion resistance, duplex stainless steel has become one of most widely use of stainless steels at present after several dozens year development, and gradually supplant other stainless steels which performance are poor。 Duplex stainless steel has been widely used in various fields for its good performance。 The paper simply describes the development history and the performance of duplex stainless steel。 the paper also introduces the microstructure of duplex stainless steel and the effect of it on hydrogen permeation of duplex stainless steel。

After determining the effect of different solid solution temperature on the microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel, this paper firstly tested the polarization curve of 2205 duplex stainless steels which treated at different solution temperatures respectively in nitric acid system and sulphuric acid system, and then tested the polarization curve of the single phase of 2205 duplex stainless steels in 3。5% NaCl solution, at last it tested the hydrogen permeation curves of austenite phase,ferrite phase and the whole part。 The results showed that the Cr and Mo element in fettite phase can enhance the corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steels。The raise of fettite phase can promote the spread of hydrogen atom。 The expansion of crystalline grain of austenite phase can both promote and inhibit the the spread of hydrogen atom。
