摘要随着可持续发展在现代社会得到越来越普遍的重视,各个领域对于节能、环保的要求也变的越来越高。铝合金由于具有轻重量、耐腐蚀、高强度、加工性能优异、易回收等明显优于传统材料的特性,现在正成为社会越来越重要的金属材料,同时也广泛而成功地应用于机械工业、电子通信、航空航天、建筑冶金等各个方面领域。

铝合金的挤压成形应用及其广泛,但由于挤压工艺特点,加工透明度低,给加工过程和产品缺陷预测的研究带来困难。而随着计算机科学的发展,诸如ANSYS、FORGE、DEFORM等数值模拟软件的兴起,为研究铝合金挤压成形提供了科学手段。87846

本课题将利用有限元法,通过ANSYS软件来数值模拟研究铝棒挤压成形过程,熟悉有限元模拟在材料加工中的应用。模拟铝合金固态金属挤压过程的应力场和速度场,以获得规律性的结论为生产实践提供指导。本文研究表明:铝材截面上各点除轴向应力随挤压变化不规律外,其余各种应力变化规律基本相同;在摩擦系数变化时,各项应力的变化与摩擦系数正相关;在凹模半锥角变化时,坯料的径向拉应力的峰值随角度增加而增加,但径向压应力却相反。

Title     Numerical Simulation Study On The Extrusion Process Of Aluminum Rod

Abstract With the sustainable development of modern society, more and more attention has been paid more and more attention to every field of energy saving, environmental protection requirements have become more and more high。Because the aluminum alloy has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, high strength, processing performance is excellent, the characteristics of easy recovery is obviously superior to the traditional materials, is now becoming society is becoming more and more important metal material, also has been widely and successfully used in industrial machinery, electronic communications, aerospace, architecture, metallurgy and other aspects。

The extrusion forming of aluminum alloy is widely used, but it is difficult to predict the machining process and product defects due to its characteristics of the extrusion process and low processing transparency。With the development of computer science, the rise of numerical simulation software such as ANSYS, FORGE, DEFORM and so on, which provides a scientific method for the study of extrusion forming of aluminum alloy。

This topic will use the finite element method, through the ANSYS software to numerical simulation of aluminum rod extrusion process, familiar with the application of finite element simulation in the processing of materials。The stress field and velocity field of the solid metal extrusion process are simulated to obtain the regular conclusion。This paper shows that:This study showed that the aluminum section of each point in addition to the axial stress with extrusion change outside, the rest of the various should force variation is basically the same; in the change of friction coefficient, each should force change and friction coefficient is related, in die half cone angle, the blank of the radial tensile peak with the increase of the angle, but the radial compression stress is on the contrary。
