摘要球磨机在对矿料进行粉碎处理时,由于大量的矿石的摩擦冲击,球磨机的衬板在工作时遭到的磨损十分严重。铬钼钢衬板深受机械加工行业喜爱的原因在于它的优良淬火性能,不仅可以进行深度的淬火,而且对于回火脆性有很少的倾向,在高温加工时的性能优越,美观性大于其他材料等等。87108

    本课题对中碳铬钼钢衬板的热处理工艺及组织优化进行了实验分析,研究热处理对铬钼钢的组织及性能的影响,采用实验与理论分析相结合的方法去,来获得使其拥有高耐磨性的最佳热处理工艺参数。首先对中碳铬钼钢进行不同温度的淬火热处理,再对其进行同温度的高温回火处理,然后将热处理后的中碳铬钼钢试样用5%的硝酸酒精溶液进行抛光腐蚀,最后对其表面组织进行观察和性能测试,根据表面组织变化和性能检测结果,得知中碳铬钼钢在800℃ 到900℃ 淬火处理550℃ 回火处理的情况下拥有良好的强度和硬度,而且塑形和韧性都十分优异。

Abstract Ball mill for ore material was ground, due to the impact of a large number of ore friction, ball mill liner wear at work was very serious。 Chromium molybdenum steel liner plate by machining industry favorite because of its excellent performance quenching not only the depth of hardening, but also for temper brittleness have little tendency to superior performance in high temperature processing, aesthetics than others materials and so on。

The issue of carbon chromium molybdenum steel liner plate heat treatment process and organizational optimization of experimental analysis, study of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of chromium-molybdenum steel, using a combination of experimental and theoretical analysis methods to go, so that it has obtained high wear resistance of the best treatment process parameters。First, carbon-chromium-molybdenum steel hardening heat treatment at different temperatures, and then be treated with the high-temperature tempering temperature, then carbon chromium molybdenum steel samples after heat treatment with 5% alcohol solution of nitric acid etching polishing, final observation and performance testing of its surface structure, depending on the surface organizational change and performance test results that have good strength and hardness in the case of carbon chromium molybdenum steel at 800 ℃ to 900 ℃ ,550 ℃ quenching and tempering treatment, and shaping and toughness are very good。
