摘要酞菁及其衍生物的制备一直是化工行业中的一大产业,由于其优越的热稳定的性和化学稳定性,一直被运用于燃料、颜料等方面。同时酞菁还因为其优秀的光电活性在科学界中广受关注,被运用于电致发光器件、太阳能电池、化学传感器、静电复印、非线性光学材料、光记录介质等领域内。近些年来,水污染问题日益严重,水污染治理迫在眉睫。酞菁由于本身具有类似于生物酶一般的光催化氧化活性,被研究人员们运用在了水污染处理上。但因为金属酞菁有着易团聚的问题,容易对水体产生二次污染,导致关于酞菁在水处理方面的应用一直停滞不前。研究人员开始尝试将金属酞菁负载到各式材料上来解决其团聚的问题。86923

本课题从这一角度出发,以均苯四甲酸酐,六水合三氯化铁,钼酸铵,尿素为原料,通过融熔固相法进行合成,再经过一系列的除杂手段制得八羧基酞菁铁。再将合成出的八羧基酞菁铁负载到当下热门的碳复合材料——石墨烯上,借助石墨烯比表面积大的特点来解决八羧基酞菁铁团聚的问题。以此来获得一种能运用在水处理方面的优秀的光催化氧化剂。课题还通过光催化对照试验成功证明了合成产物具有着比较优秀的光催化氧化活性。

Abstract Preparation of phthalocyanine and its derivatives in the chemical industry has been a major industry。 Due to its superior thermal stability and chemical stability, it has been used in fuel, paint and so on。 In the field of science, phthalocyanine was used in the field of electroluminescent devices, solar cells, chemical sensors, electrostatic photocopying, nonlinear optical materials, optical recording media because of its excellent photoelectric activity。 In recent years, the growing problem of water pollution needs to be resolved。 Because phthalocyanine has a photocatalytic oxidation activity which is similar to biological enzymes, it has been used in the treatment of water pollution by researchers。 However, the metal phthalocyanine has a problem that it tends to aggregation in the water。 In this way, the metal phthalocyanine is easy to produce secondary pollution of water, and this problem cause that the applications of phthalocyanine in water treatment has been hampered。 In order to solve the problem of its aggregation, more and more researchers began to try to load the metal phthalocyanine to various kinds of material。

In this report, pyromellitic anhydride, ferric chloride hexahydrate, ammonium molybdate and urea are used as raw materials。 They are synthesized by melting solid-phase method。 Eight carboxyl iron phthalocyanine can be obtained through a series of impurity removal means。 And then eight carboxyl iron phthalocyanine is used to load to the current popular carbon material —— graphene。 Large specific surface of the graphene can solve the problem of eight carboxyl iron phthalocyanine。 In this way, we get an excellent photocatalytic oxidizer in water treatment。 It is successful for us to prove that our products have a relatively excellent photocatalytic oxidation activity through photocatalytic reaction。
