摘要虽然纯钛种植体的临床应用已有较长的历史,并且被广泛证实具有良好的医疗效果,但依然存在以下问题:(1)种植体的骨结合率仍然较低,不利于种植体在人体内的长期稳定;(2)在植入到人体前,种植体会受到不同程度的污染。喷砂-酸蚀(SLA)表面改性提高种植体的骨结合性已在临床上获得巨大成功,但由于表面粗糙,SLA种植体在储存过程中易受到污染,从而使其骨结合性退化。为克服这一问题,本研究将灭菌处理作为种植体植入前的最后一步表面处理,进而提出了水热灭菌的方法。86794

本研究通过水热灭菌和蒸汽灭菌的方式对SLA种植体试样进行灭菌处理;通过扫描电镜观察、X射线光电子能谱分析等手段对不同组的SLA试样表面进行表面形貌、润湿性检测,以评估不同灭菌组别钛片表面理化性能的差异;通过细胞培养实验,对细胞的增殖与吸附情况进行分析,以评价不同灭菌组别钛片表面的生物活性。实验结果表明:1、水热灭菌和蒸汽灭菌都不能明显改变SLA试样表面粗糙度;2、水热灭菌能使SLA试样表面的超亲水性得以恢复而蒸汽灭菌则不能;3、与蒸汽灭菌相比,水热灭菌的SLA试样表面更利于成骨细胞的附着与铺展。根据上述结果,可以得出如下结论:水热灭菌在对长期贮存的钛种植体进行有效灭菌的同时还能明显改善其骨结合性。

Abstract Although the clinical application of pure titanium implants has a long history, there are still problems to be improved: (1) The contact ratio between implant and bone is still relatively low, which is not sufficient for long-term stability of implants in the human body; (2) before implanted into the human body, the implant will be impaired by varying degrees of pollution。 It has been a great success in clinical practice to improve the surface osteoconductivity of the implant by blasting and acid etching (SLA)。 However, due to the rough surface, SLA implants are easy to be polluted in the process of storage。 In order to overcome this problem, this study considered the sterilization treatment as the last surface treatment and proposed the method of hydrothermal sterilization。

In this study, sterilization of SLA implant samples were carried out by steam sterilization and hydrothermal sterilization separately。 Scanning electron microscope, X ray photoelectron spectroscopy and contact angle meter were employed to evaluate the surface physical and chemical properties of titanium plates in different sterilization groups。 The osteoblast cell adhesion and spreading were analyzed to evaluate the surface bioactivity of titanium plates in different sterilization groups。 Results showed that: 1。 the surface roughness of SLA samples could not be changed with hydrothermal sterilization and steam sterilization; 2。 hydrothermal sterilization restored super hydrophilic for surface of the SLA sample whereas, steam sterilization did not; 3。 compared with steam sterilization, SLA surface hydrothermal sterilization was more favorable to cell adhesion and spreading。 According to above results, we can draw the following conclusion: The simple, feasible hydrothermal sterilization restored osseointegration of SLA implant while diminishing recontamination as much as possible。
