测量晶体相位延迟的方法研究及优劣比较 摘  要:在晶体光学和偏振光学领域中,玻片是光学调制系统中的重要器件,它能使具有特定波长的入射偏振光发生一定的相位变化,从而使光的偏振状态改变。玻片的相位延迟量也是一种与环境温度和波片的质量、厚度、应力双折射等诸多因素密切相关的量,是玻片非常重要的性质之一。本文从相位延迟的定义及测量出发,归纳总结了测量晶体相位延迟方法,在认真分析前人研究成果的基础上,对光学差拍法、偏光光电分束探测法、偏光干涉法、自校准法、λ/4波片法做简单介绍并对这几种方法的优劣进行分析比较。

  The Study on the Methods of Measuring Crystal Phase Delay
Abstract: In the field of crystal optics and polarization optics, wave plate is an important device in the optical modulation system, it can make a phase change of incident polarized light which has a specific wavelength and make the polarization state of the light changed. The phase delay of wave plate is a kind of quantity which has a close relation with the environmental temperature and the quality, thickness, stress birefringence of the wave plate, and many other factors, the phase delay of wave plate is one of the important properties of the wave plate. Based on the definition and measurement of phase delay, this paper summarized and introduced briefly the methods of measuring crystal phase delay, analyzed carefully and made a comparison on the pros and cons of several methods including the optical beat method, polarized optical beam detection method, polarized light interference method, self calibration method and λ/4 wave plate method on the basis of predecessors' research results.
